Quarter Window Louvers question

I Purchased some quarter window louvers but they didn't fit and it seems it is because of the OEM chrome surround. Had to return them.

Anyone here with chrome surround have quarter window louvers or scoops that fit?

I had this same problem. They were made by speedform and they look great, they're just about a 1/2 inch off on the back. Looking for ideas as well.
