I'm not if this is the correct area, but I'm curious what avenues I have available for resolving an issue with the vendor. I've opened a BBB complaint, but I'm not sure how effective that is. All I've gotten is an email from the BBB in their state saying that they've recieved my complaint and that they're waiting for the vendor to respond.
