i keep the wastegates, but don't prefab any of the procharger stuff, just the vortech paxton, we just don't get as many guys asking about them

Nah,u dont buy a whole new intercooler,they send u a intercooler with all the fab work done and u send them your intercooler.Save someone from having to do all the custom fab and welding.

I 2nd that! When they installed the Procharger they added the wastgate. You can see it to the right of the intercooler.

Just find a shop to do some welding and you are good to go. See here for the easiest and cheapest way to do it. Plus you get to reuse a pipe you already paid for.

Did you ever post a before and after dyno for this? I watched the thread for awhile but never saw what came of it.

I would just skip the wastegate on any S550 and invest that money into something else. Gains are not there like the S197 with the weaker motor.

I wish someone would. The intercooler swap is a nice idea, can't find info or price though.
