Ha, yeah kinda. I've been selling two of my drum sets, stands, pedals, and cymbals. Not necessarily for BF/CM, just cuz I have too much stuff and I don't need it anymore. But the extra coin is helping buying stuff I don't need.

So many people still scamming on Craigslist... do people still fall for that?
I've only sold a few things on CL but had excellent results. I will only meet buyers at a public place, like a Starbucks or something.

The first thing I sold was an iPad Retina that came with my Cadillac ATS. I actually got full retail for this "used" item with Cadillac stuff installed on it and Cadillac logos on the cover/case or whatever you call it (not a Apple person). Buyer met me with cash and all done.

The last thing I sold on CL was my 2011 Mustang PP (in the background of my avatar). I listed it higher than excellent book private sale (it actually was better than excellent). Very first contact met me and offered $500 less and wasn't even going to test drive it but I insisted. He was a biotech CEO buying a car for his son.

The few in-betweens weren't much different. From what I have heard, mine seem at the good end of the scale. I have never shopped or bought anything on CL.

CL has to be better than ebay... between the ebay and paypal fees, I was rather shocked at the amount I received for a laptop I sold recently.

Felt bad since I could have sold it to a guy at work for around the same price and been good.

My fault for not paying attention to all those fees.... I don't blame ebay or paypal. All on me... definitely won't sell another hi-priced item on ebay. Will stick to my $10 to $60 items. lol
