PP2 rims

hey every one so my pp2 is coming In a couple weeks and I have been wondering about what I should do with the tires? It will not be my dd and definitely want to try the car as ford intended it to be driven with the sport cup 2, but also want a set for other long drives? I live the n New England and want to drive to Florida this winter and want some that will perform in some rain? I think I want the 4s and now to real question I was searching for a set of Oem rims so I could swap them but the price was crazy!!!
And than I found theses I really like the silver look but was a little turned off that they are refurbished? And I worrying for nothing and one have any other options

So this may or may not be a help to you. I have already swapped out the SC2s for a set of Michelin MP4s on the stock rims. For the SC2s I have been looking for a lighter set of wheels that still look similar. I found these on Tirerack. They are wicked expensive, but save 8 pounds of weight per corner and look like a refined version of the stock wheels:

Slightly off topic but when did wheels become rims?

When did the quarter mile become 1320?

When did the strip become the track?

I’m old and don’t like change!

The quarter mile has always been 1320ft long.

Track has alway denoted a dedicated racing venue, not just where you go to drag race. A drag strip is where you go to race in a straight line, a race track is where you go to race NOT in a straight line.

Any wheels/rims have been used interchangeably for decades. I guess it’s like carbonated beverages; they can be soda, soda pops, cokes, etc. depending on where you live.

None of this has anything to do with being old or young.

Technically wrong even if commonly used. The rim is the outer part of the wheel. The thing that gets bent when you hit a pothole.

Just semantics like motor or engine.......just that strange part of language!

Electric motor...electric engine...motorcycle, motor car etc.
None of this has anything to do with being old or young.

Those will also not poke out as much as the stock PP2 set, they have deeper backspacing front and rear. The fronts have almost 1/4" more backspacing so they will poke out a little. The rear has 3/8" more backspacing and won't poke out at all.
