I think I have one of those connections that you broke. I had to cut the tube it was in to get it out but if you can somehow pull the connection out and replace it, and if I can find it, I can send it to you. As for the bolt, bring one of the good remaining ones to the hardware store and look in the stainless section first.

You either over torqued it, or used the stock throttle body bolts? (I actually did this lol, and they are TOO LONG)

Bit if i remeber its 7in lb torque. If you had a ftlb torque wrench on it, i can about guarantee it was over torqued.
