did a quick mock-up of the intake after the porting was finished and the Vortech TB spacer isn't going to work. You can grind the intake, machine the Vortech spacer, or buy the Holley spacer which I am going to use. Aftermarket rails will work with no problem (going to sell the Holley supplied rails since I already have a return style setup):

dumb question, how do you remove the OEM crankcase fitting :headbonk:? Deleting the entire PCV system and going with a remote breather can:

Had the weld slag cleaned up that was present in a few of the runners, and the base-to-runner transition area blended and cleaned up - nothing really major as the Sniper is a quality piece right out of the box IMHO, and more about my OCD then gaining additional HP. I can snap some pics when I get back in town if you want to see it

I ground the Holley down where the TB motor interferes with it. There was no spacer at the time of my install. Where I ground down you cannot see it because the TB motor fits in that space now.

I thought about doing the same, its not a ton of material that needs to be removed and like you said you wont see it. Down the road I might throw a plate kit on it with a small shot so I figured I'd get the fitment sorted out with a spacer. also I've been preoccupied with other projects and my day job :D:
