With the grille delete the radiator is extremely noticeable since there is no mesh in the grille. Im going to be painting it black, but what paint should I use ? Also is safe to do it?

I think it's the ac condenser that's in the front. I painted mine black.don't remember what spray paint it was but make sure you don't spray a heavy coat. Go light. I have no problems with my ac and still blows ice cold

They make radiator paint. Google it. Most paint is too thick for radiators and anything with cooling fins. They also claim heat transfer problems...not sure how true it all is, but I would use radiator paint.

I would like to make a templet and paint mustang emblem on the radiator.

I agree with that. You don't want anything between the cool flow of air and the bare metal
