Paint Chipping along Rear Windshield

I'm sure everyone would agree, the paint jobs on these cars are absolute $H!T. $h!t I tell 'ya. My car at 5 ft looks immaculate, but eyeballing it close up, there's a few spots where the paint 'bot stopped, or changed direction and it blew " dry" where you can see a faint halo of primer, very light mind you, but it's way obvious to me. Anyhow, I would do whatever is the proper way to fix it (remove glass/ prep/repaint), unless selling it, then I'd cheap out.
