P0030 and P2251 Codes

So couple days ago, I started seeing my Engine light, out of no where. After going through the codes on my nGauge, I saw couple of codes there:

- P0030: H02S Heater Control Circuit

- P2251: O2 Sensor Negative Current Control Circuit/Open

Does anybody know what the specific problem is? I do have a Lund tune, LT headers, Catback Exhaust and CAI.

Do you have O2 sensor extensions for your longtubes? I would inspect the connections.

Will p2251 disappear with a tune for LT headers? I've had a tune to turn off the rear o2 sensor check engine light but haven't installed it yet. Now I'm getting the 2251 code. Air/fuel meter is either 20 or 14 or rolls all over the place and it seems like it's running real rich and using more fuel.
