You're going to want to get the Bottleneck Eliminator setup to make it a full 3" system.

Just called and I guess it's after hours now. So I looked on the site and saw this AMERICAN RACING 2015 MUSTANG 1-7/8" X 3" LONG TUBE HEADERS AND CATTED H PIPE (BOTTLENECK ELIMINATOR SYSTEM)
SKU: ARH-MTC5-15178300BEHWC

Is that correct? The description is a little confusing. Does it come with a new h-pipe so I wouldn't use the one that came with the catback system?

Yes, bottleneck eliminator systems come with a new cross over pipe.
