BmacIL - That looks sick! Those wheels seem to complement the car extremely well. Perfect. I was considering S350s, R350s or RTR Tech 7s but now I might be changing my mind. Looks very good on the square setup.

What brand tires are you running on those?

Flat Black SVE Drift, currently have Bridgestone RE760s on them. I would prefer PSS/PS4S or even the Indy 500s but I got a completely crazy deal on a brand new set of 4 ($270) of the RE760s, which are very similar in compound and construction to the Indy 500. They're a great street summer tire.

BBS LM replica wheels don't have a good reputation for holding up very well. I've seen cars totaled because a failed wheel caused the driver to lose control and crash, so if you're ok with putting cheaply made replica wheels on the car, you have to be ok with the potential for that wheel to fail in a spectacular fashion. Higher end wheels won't crack as easy, rather bend so you can still drive along and not crash the car.

I'd save your money and buy something more reputable than a replica brand, seeing how dangerous it could be:

Ha good visuals.

OK so what would you recommend? What could I get in the $1500 range that is five spoke or mesh?

That's tough because all the brands I like don't produce wheels in that price range, so I'm not going to be much help unfortunately. Even with HRE out of the picture, Forgline, BBS, OZ, and all the larger wheel brands aren't making tons of cast options but there may be something close in price in the used market.

With $1500 you may be able to find a used set of awesome wheels that are much higher quality than what you can find brand new. I've seen some used HREs and Forgelines sell around that price (rarely but it happens) so it's not completely out of the question. Just for me, I like sticking with the brands that have been around for a long time. Companies like these are the ones who are pushing the boundaries of new technology and further inventing new things.

Fwiw the wheels I own can definitely take a crash. This is the result after someone turned out in front of me and I had to hop a curb to avoid. Still holds air and was not out of round.

I've got a 2018 EB PP with the P-Zero summer tires. I need to get another set of wheels with winter tires. Will a set of the 19x9.5" GT PP wheels fit up front without rubbing (inside edge)? The offset is 52.5mm vs 45mm, so I assume this is moving the inside edge a little further inboard. My thought was to get wheels that may be useful someday in another capacity, e.g., track wheels.
