Yes, yes it was. I couldn't get the inner most half moon clips in no matter what I did and was missing one of the pre installed silver clips for one of the winglets, so one is missing a screw. Also found a spare push pin like the fenders use when i was done that I can't for the life of me find where it came from. Think I spent two hours toying with something that really should have taken 30 minutes.
