Yes, it does fit...and this uses 3M tape and original holes.

As asked in June, does it cover the trunk lid light if mounted on a convertible?

Another question, are the end fender caps just 3m taped on, or do they require drilling into the quarter panel?

As far as we can tell it will cover up the third brake light for the convertible. The outer pieces are held on with 3M tape. No drilling needed.
