My car used to have a slight rpm increase (anti-stall??) when coming out of the hill assist, or by simply releasing the clutch slowly, which helped with moving up a ramp with adding throttle. Now it doesn’t.
What has changed - It now has a Whipple Supercharger, but that did not affect this. After that I had to replace the clutch master cylinder and shortly after I had a McLeod double clutch installed. (110K miles) The clutch now engages almost at the top of the pedal travel as opposed to closer to the floor. The RPM increase is no longer there. Is this related to the clutch switch (maybe damaged some way when I pulled the pedal assembley out) or because the car doesn’t sense the load until after the switch has been released as the pedal comes up?
