NH Emissions

I'm gonna be moving from GA to NH later this year. What is emissions testing like up there? I understand that they check the OBDII for any emissions-related codes, but do they also do a visual inspection? I'd like to get some headers in the future so I was just wondering.

There is a safety inspection done EVERY year and you have to get the emissions at the same time.
