Nguage tips?

Anyone have any tips or tricks of the NGUAGE? I know it's capable of a lot .also a important question do I have to return vehicle back to stock before swapping tunes, let's just say example from flex fuel to e85 race tune? Or just swap tunes? My X4 I know I have to return back to stock

You can flash your new tune directly over your old tune. No need to go back to stock unless you're switching tuning devices.

My best nGauge tip: Change all the "normal colors" for your gauges to white. They're gray by default and hard to see during the day.
