I was going to upload a new tune to my in-dash nGuage and the Micro SD card is empty. Wiped clean. Do I simply reformat the card, if it's not too damaged for that, or do I have to get a replacement from nGauge? I'm guessing the format is FAT32 and I can recreate the directory structure and load the latest correct firmware file, if that's all that's needed.

Well, I got all my answers almost immediately from Justin Regal at E-Motion support. If the Micro SD is salvageable, then all I have to do is reformat in FAT32 and reinstall it in the nGauge. The nGauge will automatically setup the directory structure. The maximum size is 32gb and that is what is recommended. If one puts a larger size card, the device will still reformat at 32gb, so the extra space is wasted. Fortunately, I have all of my data logs and custom tunes backed up on both my phone and my PC. Same for the latest firmware. Hope this helps somebody.
