nGauge giving error message.

My nGauge came in the other day and I immediately went into the process of putting the tune on my tuner and when I plugged my tuner in it gave me the message "could not initialize communications with vehicle." Very quickly I found that I needed to update it. after updating the firmware I went in to flash my tune and it gave me the same message. my tuner woks in every aspect except when I try to flash my tune. if anyone could shine light or give suggestions on what I should do it would be very much appreciated

Try updating it to the newest firmware. Also make sure everything is plugged in correctly with no loose connections.
