No it does not. We've been running the Moroso tank on our car since November from stock to 805rwhp without any issues. Our car is driven both on the street here in FL and down the dragstrip and has seen plenty of abuse. I personally don't believe the baffles make a difference but that's just my opinion.

not 100% sure about the internal design but I have mine installed and works great
