Bought this and replaced a week later with a complete Magnaflow catback. Paid $279 plus, first $200 gets it. Price is FIRM so please no lowballers. This thing is literally new, fired up, driven 5 miles and then pulled off. It may fit s550 GT's but you would have to verify this yourself. I also have a Magnaflow Competition axleback (non active) for $650 that does for a s550/650 GT.
