Need tomtop radio help**

When I bought my car it had a tomtop radio installed, The other day when I was driving the radio froze and then crashed and now it just shows a windows computer screen but everything's in Chinese
Is there any kind of reset or reboot or something I can do or am I just stuck, and have to look at purchasing a new screen / radio

I wish I had more info, I took it apart today to try and get a model number but the whole sticker and writing is in Chinese. I know it is a tomtop radio with igo nav but that's about as much as I've got so far
