Need help with base to Sync 2 swap

Hello all, I have a 2015 Mustang GT base model and I have swapped in sync 2 with nav. My car did not come with an sd card reader usb hub in the center console so I bought one and went to put it in but the connections for the new usb hub are completely different than the old one. Any help is welcome, I just want my nav to work so I can stop getting the annoying pop up message.
