need ford global support

hello as you may know im in japan
i got this car already 3 years and since i receive, so many problems occurred
and dealer says "oh we fix by warranty" ok good but why i have to take my car million times to dealer to fix ?
3 times headlights, 2 times brake discs 1 time transmission 3 time sync module , many adjustments .......
i am 45 years old, pro driver with license , can race all over japan, im car designer , i was born in garage house my dad was race mechanic... now if i dont know about cars i would just say " oh thanks guys" but NO!
this car should replace in first moment ...
can anyone tell me ; your headlights and bonnet shaking while driving and dealer says "its normal" what would you do?

and now my car have problem and they say "we will call you when we available" hahahahah
i have ford support card to call service guys , what i was on highway and call ? they will say let us check schedule??
i paid fuxing 50.000$ to ecoboost come oooooon ....
be nice to me since i say " oh ok please fix" ..


anyone here can connect me to international support?

Ford support Japan gives me the cannot connect to server page. Your best option is to contact them at their head office in the States.

The Ford Mustang has a cool image around the world but here in North America it is just an ordinary car. Quality is well below average and many people have problems worse than yours. That car is what it is and poor quality control is a characteristic of the Mustang brand.

Hopefully someone can help you there at their head office. I know some of the frustrations of doing things internationally. A company I own has a phone number in Japan for our Japanese users which is more than Ford seems to have.

Good luck (and I love the distinctive ring land line phones have in Japan, it is truly unique).
