ah nice. Yeah the 275s on those performance pack wheels must be just like ice skates.

I have Cooper RS5-S 305s on the back. first and second are useless and it's a coin flip if I get traction all the way through 3rd. This car is really keeping me on my toes!

Yeah there is zero traction on the PP1 wheels in first and second. The ET Street Rs on my 17x10.5 Forgestars grip amazingly though.

oh heck yeah I am sure they do! I'm trying to keep a balance between traction and blowing my transmission apart.

Have you run at the track? what's your best pass?

I have a fresh revision to load up today. I'll do a log tomorrow. Lund has been awesome to work with.

I haven't been to the track yet because I don't have roll over protection. I might try to sneak through when things open back up. Without slicks, I'm not sure how well I'll do though!

yeah Yours is a manual right? Definitely tough to drag race a manual without a bias ply slick. My 03 Cobra went low 10s with a stick. Bias plys all around.

Yep manual. I'm telling you 1-2 will kill you right quick if you're not careful and 3rd is hella tricky too. Having the torque converter to absorb some shock is probably a good thing. I gotta granny shift the crud out of this thing too. it's fun though.

Lets see. FIrstly when it was time for drag racing I had to get a good drag pack on the car to hook up. So I grabbed a nice Forgestar F14 Drag pack in Gunmetal.

I ended up finding a great deal on a brand new Gen 3 Whipple Kit. So I pulled the trigger and swapped head units. Then sold the Gen 2 as a complete kit and it only really cost me $100 out of pocket all said and done.

Of course with the extra 1 psi from the new blower the Sai Li kit started to not flow enough fuel for my set up. It was close but to be safe I decided to go for a solid Fore Innovations L2 Fuel System. Now I have plenty of fuel.

At this point my best 1/8mi time has been 6.7@109. Hoping to improve with a few changes and this new Steeda Stop the Hop Ultimate kit.

I went the cheapo China route and bought a set of 2M headers. Huge mistake. Terrible fitment. They are coming out soon as after many attempts I can’t fix my false knock issues. I have a brand new set of LTH Longtubes ready to go in shortly.
