You load JBV1 on your phone. Then pair with the V1. There are literally hundreds of options available. Read the JBV1 forum. https://www.rdforum.org/forums/210/

I think the software only works with an android phone. I have an iPhone/IOS. Really cool though.

Looks like a nice unit, but for $500 plus another 100 or so for the mounting bracket and such IDK. I bought a cheap Cobra for around 100 over 10 years ago and I know its not the best and outdated, but still works and saved me a few times. There are not a lot of cops in my fairly rural area anyway unless I drive to the bigger cities for some reason. I will most likely upgrade as soon as I decide on the car I'm going to get though and would at least like to get one of those mirror mounts to get rid of the dangling cord.
