CEVA showing scheduled arrival at dealer today at 12am. Clearly didn't happen so I chased after the gong as it obviously wasn't going to be but a good starting point for our discussion.

Anyway they told me to email 'removed as confidential Ford email' who told me to contact CEVA.

Hey mate, don't waste your time... You just be ringing around all day and end up with nothing. Cars are all cleared and awaiting pickup from ceva. Ceva only picks up cars for ford on a Tuesday night in Melbourne. They have been rescheduled for this week. This is the info i got from ford.

So CEVA will be picking up the cars for delivery to Melbourne dealers tomorrow night?

That's right... so they will get transported thru the night so all dealers should have stock by Wednesday morning and then it's about 24 - 48 hour before we have the cars. This is what I was told by ford management but I'm not holding my breath...

Talking about 600 odd cars, at 8 trucks per single trailer combination your looking at least 75 truck movements, which even by CEVA logistics standards is alot.

Probably find it will depend on other stock and stock loads for each dealer, the dealers stock controller should be able to get you more info.

Was bad enough sitting on the docks of Baltimore to two months of an American Winter but now having to wait through storms with potential hail in Melbourne I just hope the worst has passed and the cars can finally be loaded onto the trucks out for delivery tomorrow.

Port Kembla copping a bit of a downpour at the moment with plenty more to come according to the radar - not sure if any cars are still at the docks.

Can't get any updates from anyone, got a mate loading machinery out of Kembla on Friday so I'll get him to sneak a peek to see if they are still at the port or have been moved up to Campbelltown.

There's a few Sydney deliveries that have been scheduled for today. Punched in a few booking numbers different from mine. Unfortunately not all, and not mine. None to regional NSW either. :( The long wait continues with more storms expected. I wonder how much Ceva's expresss upgrade option costs?? Probably too much with little effect at this late stage...

According to weather forecasts it appears that if we get through today without hail we should be fine. Most cars should have started moving by end of week.

My dealer said their contact at Ceva has my car arriving in Port Macquarie on Saturday 25 th.

CEVA updated for me. Showing departure time of the 9th. I call bs. That's almost 2 weeks ago lol. They are utter tools.

The status has changed to Planned from Yet to be moved.

My status on CEVA website has updated from "yet to be moved" to "planned". Just contacted dealer to see what more they can confirm through their stock controller.
