Mustang spotted

Driving around today and I saw a very nice deep impact blue Ecoboost. It was lowered with a white Cobb tuning sticker on the passenger side and a big EB emblem on the rear decklid mimicking a Bugatti symbol sort of. It was on 6th near Happy Valley Rd in Phoenix.

I was wondering if it belonged to anyone on the site? It was a really nice looking car.
