Backstory- my TPMS module quit reading my tire sensors so I had the local Ford dealer mobile service truck come out today. He found this module plugged in to the system and the jumper cable that comes from it to the OBD port is faulty.
This isn't causing the TPMS problem. But the tech has never seen one of these modules so he didn't know what it was. We Googled to see.
My questions- what does it do? And can I get a replacement jumper cable to go from the module to the OBD port position? The tech said it's only about 8 inches long.
Thanks in advance
