whats up guys. installed the mmr air intake on my 2015 mustang base model, manual, love it so for. first is the sound you hear the turbo sucking up air a whole lot more air when you punch it, and also the blow off when taking your foot off. just love it. but I didn't just buy it for the sound, also wanted a little more power as well. I noticed what I have to shift a little bit more quicker than usual, usually shift at 2500 rpm , wondering if this it normal. also before the intake, when punching it in second gear, would usually get 19 or 20 pounds of boost, but after the intake only getiing 16 or 17. was wondering of other drivers experience the same. thanks

From what I've heard a tune is sometimes needed. I lost torque when I swapped my stock intake.

Sounds like you have a small leak somewhere because I am getting close to 20 pounds and tune is not necessary but it will of course utilize the intake to its maximum capacity
