My TPMS light came on so when I got a chance I checked the pressure and added some air...Then I notice on passenger front I'm missing one of the lock lug nuts.....hmmmmm....I had the car at the dealer in late September for the re-call and had them do an oil change and rotate the tires...Hopefully I can find the spare lug nuts that the locks replaced and one wheel wont have a lock....Should I go back to the dealer???....Opinions welcomed

You should give them hell. And re-torque all the nuts for safety and to keep your rotors from warping. And don't let them touch your car again. Take it to another dealer and don't use any dealer or shop for something you are competent to do yourself.
