Anyone know if the Mishimoto Oil Cooler for the 2015 Ecoboost will work on the GT? I really like the mounting location of the cooler as it would not interfere with my FMI for my Paxton. Would there be fitment issues with the sandwich plate?

Your GT has an oil cooler already.

I saw that, but I was hoping for slightly better cooling from an aftermarket unit. I am running a Paxton kit and the oil temp gauge starts to get pretty close to the yellow while running road courses. Not sure what green, yellow, and read really mean in terms of temperature though.

The Ecoboost Oil Cooler will not work on the GT, but we are working on a direct-fit option for the GT as we speak!

You can check out the R&D thread HERE and expect another update in a week or so.

Let me know if you have any questions!

No kidding. This forum is horrible with overhyped, soon to be released bs. Reminds me of when I was getting my vasectomy done and the doctor says "Great news Bob, we are halfway done."

Let's see, there is the edelbrock intake manifold, edelbrock supercharger, Holley sniper intake manifold, track keys...blah blah blah. :frusty: And now an oil cooler.:headbonk:

Our product is still in the R&D process, and we should have another update on its progress next week. We don't have a release date yet, but we post details and updates as we get them on the thread that I linked.

We post about our development because we feel that you guys may be interested to see what goes into developing a product right up until the point it is ready for purchase. This way there is one spot to go to find out all the details about a certain product and ask questions.

We try to be as up front as possible that way when it is time for you to choose between all the options out there, it shouldn't be too hard of a choice.

With that said, feel free to check it and if you have any questions I would be happy to answer them.

Have a great weekend!
