Mishimoto Catch Can install question

Hello, I just installed the catch can this morning. My question is did anybody else notice if the nipple coming from the engine block could swivel to the left and right? It seemed loose, so just checking if that is normal.

that's the PCV valve
it swivels - no issue, you're fine....
