Memory seats not working

My car randomly stopped working with the memory seats. When I press the memory seat number on the door panel nothing happens. When I go into the vehicle settings to turn on easy entry/exit it is greyed out. Any ideas?

With the key on, try pressing the power seat switch all the way forward until it stops and hold it for 2 seconds. Then press the switch again going all the way back until it stops and hold for another 2 seconds. See if that helps.

Sometimes these power seat systems can lose their memory for whatever reason. I know this method has worked on different brands of cars that I have driven in the past.
