MBRP race in black, brand new never installed. One of the TIPS is missing the bolt that tightens it down. Everything still in original packaging never installed. Looking to get $400 picked in in Chicago. I'd prefer not to ship due to size and this won't fit in the backseat or trunk. Need this gone this month due to me moving.
