Low pressure and wrench light 5.0

Got a 2021 GT. Getting constant low pressure code (P008A). Swapped in a new fuel rail pressure sensor but that didn’t do the trick. When I accelerate hard, past about 4k rpm I get a wrench light and go into engine management mode, limiting power and throttle. Gotta clear codes to be able to drive normally again. Only mods are headers, intake and exhaust and running a 93 tune as of now. Datalogs show I’m not running super lean so I’m not thinking fuel pump issue rn. Attached my most recent 0-60 log.
