had my dealer put my ordered 17 on the last priority. they had 4 allocations and mine was the last. if they move it to the last priority, how long do you think the build and delivery will be? honestly, the longer the better.

Things happen, people have lost out on their car for one reason or another, due to dealer greed or just non availability. My advice: the sooner you get it, the better if you're able to.

I'm just hoping that their last priority will take about 8-10 months to build

svtfever you should check out the Mid Tennessee thread over in the local forums. Several of us are getting together for a Mustang meet in Mufreesboro tomorrow. I'll be bringing the 350.

It could take that long, some 2016 owners waited that long.

But I agree with shift, get your hands on it as soon as you can. The longer it goes undelivered, the higher the chance the dealer pulls the rug out from under you. Imagine if you wait and wait, Ford announces no more GT350s after 2017 and dealers proceed to jack up the prices on all unsold cars.

Pretty negligible difference in the long run getting it a bit earlier with interest rates so low. If a few months extra means a considerably larger down, you can always use that same money to pay it down early and/or refinance it.

yea, I hear ya. I'm pretty good buds with the guys at the dealership. I actually reserved my allocation with zero money down so far and zero markup. I just don't want this thing to show up in 3-6 months that fast. I'm not trying to finance the full value of the car.

Loyalty and friendships are put to the test when it comes to money. Theres more than just one story of lifelong Ford buyers at the same dealership, get snubbed and treated like any other regular person when it came to the GT350.
