Looking for interior switched fuse

All in the title. Wired some interior accent lighting and can't for the life of me find a switched fuse that is only hot while the vehicle is on. I'm using a fuse tap for the box in the passenger side footwell. I've tried the sub amp, amplifier, right window... nothing. Lights will stay lit even when the car is off and locked.

The majority of those fuses are always hot. Not sure if there is one that is hot when the car is on.

fuse 35- restraints control module
OR
fuse 23- switches, power windows, rear view mirror

Those are the fuses that I tapped into for my dash cameras. They are switched.
