Looking for a good mechanic (or shop)

I am planning on doing a brake caliper swap on my GT 350 and I dont have time to do this myself. I was looking for a referral to a good mechanic or performance shop in the Tampa / Lakeland or possibly Orlando area. I will already have the parts, just need the installation. Someone that you would let work on your ride.

But, dude, almost any competent shop can do a caliper swap. They're brakes, not nukes.
