Livernois will charge $300 to transfer the ownership/vehicle. There's no way to unmarry it by oneself. I bought mine used from this forum too.

No you don't need to send the device. You have to send them the device serial number and the info they need from your car.

That tells you what you need to send them to reassign your tuner.
