Also I spoke to Aaron on Friday and was discussing sales etc and he'd said you were getting one.

I assume, like me the trade in offer wasn't great so you're testing the private market?

It wasn’t the trade in price it was that ford don’t want to buy the LHD looks bad on the forecourt aswell

Ah gotcha; my offer wasn't great, I say that with a lot of respect, I was offered the top book that ford are allowed to offer for a used car, it still made the price to change totally unreasonable (to a new 18 plate My17), and that was with a bottom of the book offer on a brand spanking new fully loaded 18.

I kind of looked at it in a way that was how much money I could drop on my car for the same to swap to a v8. I could, cheaperly, swap my engine for a v8 block.
I could equally put a built 2L/2.3L stroked kit into my car with a large turbo and push easily 600+ WHP (depending on how dialled the turbo is, what turbo etc, can break 800s).
All for cheaper.... Made the decision a bit easier lol.
