Where did you get this official workshop manual?

Mate at ford accessed the EDIS system and printed out the instructions for those steps. Literally nothing but crank shaft bolt was listed as needing replacing.

I've picked up 12 new VCT bolts today for piece of mind now but there's nothing in that system that said to bin them.

Any chance you could share the Ford part number for the VCT bolts? Can't find them anywhere.
