Actually, the clay car is gonna take it off also. So dawn is very good for clay bar. You should be waxing after anyway.
Another blunder of the quill, I meant to say if you are not doing the entire car, do not use dawn, it will leave ugly water looking spots where you missed stripping. It is recommended by the folks at Zaino to never use more than twice a year also.

Ahh ok I gotcha now. I never do just spots. Whole car or nothing. Wouldn't have caught that hehe

Woohoo!

Get ready for the long wait for anything else. In fact I wonder if ours will show anything after produced in cotus. Mine never went to awaiting shipment even though I got confirmation it was released to shipping on 10/2 (produced 9/29).

Still waiting for word that it has shipped....

I think your going to make your 10/15 arrival. Sometimes they say cotus still will say production and people will get calls saying "hey your car is here"

yeahhhhh. I'm pretty sure I'm going to order the Flowmaster Outlaws. Cheap and great sound. I can worry about HP gains later on but Day 1 I want an Epic sound.

Well I know for absolute fact that it was still on the ramp Tuesday morning. I'll call dealer today and see if there has been any change in his system.

I sure hope you are right though.

SO CORNfused:

"currentBuildDate": "2014-10-14" , "invoiceDate": "2014-10-07" , "receiptDate": "2014-05-20" , "customerName": "MILLER" , "lastCompletedStatus": { "status": "Sent to Plant" , "primaryStatus": "In Production" , "statusDateTime": "2014-10-07 10:31:15" , "eTA": { "eTAStartDate": "2014-10-30 00:00:00" , "eTAEndDate": "2014-11-05 00:00:00" }

Are they gonna start building my car on the ETA Start Date of Oct. 30th or the Current Build Date of Oct. 14th - OR - what ????

ETA Start is your estimated date of delivery

Kongman says that: "10/14 ETA is when it should be delivered to the dealer "

My Dealer JUST sent me an email (kinda vauge)....said that my ETA (I guess estimated time of arrival) is Nov. 5th. [guess he gives me the furthest date out - so i dont get my hopes up!?]

The system he is viewing does exactly that. The eta end date is the date it spits out as estimated delivery.

However, mine still shows a range from 15-21 yet the dealers system changed from 21 to 15 for me. Weird. I can pretty much guarantee that if it didn't get onto a train today, it won't make the 15th. In fact, probably should have 4 days ago figuring average transit times.

I'll feel a lot better about these dates once the first ones ship. Which should be the week 9/29 built cars. As of yet, 10/11 is the earliest delivery eta I've seen and that car hasn't shipped either last I check that cotus shows. Next was a few at 10/15 (mine) and day by day out from there.
