Still nothing. I just wish I knew what car number I will have and when it is going to get built. My biggest issue now is finding an enclosed trailer to bring it home since I am sure it will be close to Christmas with lots of salt and snow on the roads.

Thanks for your help. Do have two questions, though (don't know if you can provide answers). Any specific date as to when it is scheduled to be built? Is there a possibility that it will be moved for next week or the following week?

My birthday is October 2nd, wouldn't it be great for the car to be built on the same day!

I know exactly how you feel! It's looking like I am going to be in the same boat as you. I would never let salt or snow touch my mustang. Let me know if you find someone who is inexpensive for enclosed transport in Illinois.

The time waiting doesn't even bother me (though I would love to know my vin too), the snow/salt thing stresses me out.
