I just installed my JLT Cold air intake and capped the BOV, however, I sometimes here a popping noise. Has anyone else experienced this?

You can just leave the hose connected. The only other thing I can think of that might make a popping noise is if a coupler isn't seated properly somewhere but whooshing and pshhh noises are normal

I just looked at it and it looks like the coupler with the BOV isn't completely sitting in all the way. Could this be making the popping noise? Might be a really dumb question, but could the pressure pop the coupler out?

Recently purchased this JLT CAI and got the check engine light after a day. How are you holding up? Any lights pop up?

Been using my JLT intake for 5 months now, no issues; I would just make sure everything in clamped down tight.
