Hey guys looking for some pointers here, Im installing the the CAI and the single vacuum line that is on the left side of the throttle body is very tight but will not clip on. Is this normal? I cant find anything that says that its this tight of a fit? My car is a 16 GT and the JLT was used but in very good condition. The stock fitting does look like its a little different shape. I just dont want to HE-man this on there and break it.

Thanks in advance

Don't recall it being that hard. Try some lube :p

NOTE: make sure you use the supplied screws for the MAF - i tried using the originals in error and snapped the head off the screw! Had to order a new pipe :-(

All of those fittings should snap in pretty easily. Did the retaining clip break? I know a lot of people that crack them when removing.

I posted on facebook and some members there uploaded pics that have a little hose that is on the left side (if facing the motor) of the throttle body. The JLT i have only has a hard plastic elbow fitting no hose connected to it. The clip is still there and intact, I didnt want to force it on and break it.
