JD PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS: DROP IN, PLUG & PLAY RETURNLESS FUEL SYSTEMS FOR THE 2015+ FORD F150 5.0L
The 5.0L Ford F150 is quickly becoming a popular platform for performance, with trucks already deep into the single digits. With power adders like a Whipple Supercharger, VMP Oden Supercharger, Procharger and more, it’s easy to make 600+rwhp.
What’s NOT easy, though, is finding a way to get MORE fuel for the additional power… until now!
We’re excited to bring you the dual pump fuel system setups for the 2015+ F150 from JD Performance Solutions!
Available in a Stage 1 (800whp) or Stage 2 (1000whp) setup, these systems are a drop in, plug & play setup utilizing the OEM Delphi 2018+ Flex Fuel pumps. They work for both pump gas and E-85 setups and include a dual FPDM harness as well as a billet FPDM mounting bracket.
Previously, one would run the Deatschwerks 400lph fuel pump, which is a great setup, but sometimes can’t handle the higher horsepower. These fuel systems are capable of supporting 1000whp while retaining OEM fit & quality.
Each fuel system is put together & built to order for your VIN number, ensuring correct pigtail connections & fitment. Before shipping out, every fuel pump module is set up and flow tested on JD Performance’s certified flow bench. The flow meter is accurate to within 0.5% with 0.03% repeatability. In addition to that, every harness is bench tested and each leg is resistance checked.
- Up to 1000whp capable on E85
- Retains OEM Siphon system to ensure fuel starvation isn’t an issue at low fuel levels
- Every pump is built to order by VIN to ensure proper fitment
- 100% QA/QC. Pumps are tested, calibrated, verified and logged before shipping (Flow data print-out is available upon request)
- Retains OEM EVAP system
- Includes a plug and play inline fuel filter kit that utilizes an OEM Motorcraft filter
- New dual fuel pump driver module harness eliminates the need for a Hobbs switch. This eliminates a potential point of failure and gives the tuner full PCM control over fuel pressure via the tune.
- Absolutely no irreversible modifications required to the vehicle to install this system.
- Comes with complete, detailed, full-color installation instructions
- Available with or without injectors
NOTE: Aftermarket/High flow fuel rails are needed for anything over 800 whp, and highly recommended for anything over 700 whp
