ive had jba shortys on a couple hemi cars. the ports coming off the gaskets were very rough with crap from welding i had to dremmel and file it off. not like stainless works or kooks quality.

Was involved in installing JBA coated headers on a Cobra Jet-equipped car. He went catless. (Personally, I'd have to have cats - otherwise far too loud.) Had to leave before it was fired up, but we were also installing MBRP headers on another car at the same time and there didn't seem to be any quality concerns vs. the MBRPs, at least. The fit fine. The coating was nice. MBRPs were annoying because the flange had slots for the screws/bolts, not holes so you could never really hang the headers on there to get the process started without a fight. These JBA headers have holes, which makes more sense.

I have no idea what kind of results one should expect from these vs. more expensive models, but let's be honest - there's only so many ways you can route a pipe in there.
