Issues with the FordPass App not showing car info anymore

So a long time ago, I hooked up the FordPass app to my car and loved that it showed my car info like milage, fuel level, oil life etc. just so I had a quick way of accessing that stuff when I was out of the car. But for some reason a few months ago, that stuff disappeared and now it shows my car on the app, but it doesn't show any of the specific info like before. I've never been able to figure out how to get all that stuff back and don't know why it doesn't show it anymore. I've followed the directions on "enabling fordpass on sync", but it doesn't do anything in terms of me getting that stuff back.

Nope. No idea how to fix it as of yet.

Ive seen like my oil life not show, and then show again at times. I close the app once I open, refresh, and view. That way it opens fresh every time. Iphone 11 on newest SW versions.

I have this issue as well. Ford was of no help either.

I liked seeing my fuel etc. I’m going to say mine stopped 6 months ago.

If you call Ford they will try and communicate with your modem in your car. Mine stopped on 2/20 right after the car was built. I am taking it in for the rear camera recall and they will reset the modem.
