Is this a PP GT Front Splitter?

Trying to purchase a front splitter. Found one on ebay but when i call the guy i cant even understand what he saying. It looks like a PP to me but i could be wrong. He said the part number on it is FR3-b17f775bd but i cannot find anything.

The description doesn't sound like it to me.

You need more than that part to install it. If you do a search, I think you will find that other components are also required.

I will buy the belly pan new from the dealer but i am not paying $450 for a front PP lip.

If you look at the circle the ends of the lip are different than my regular GT.

That definitely looks like the correct splitter. I ended up buying my splitter used from new take off for around $90 then purchased the belly pan from ford white bear lake online it was the cheapest shipped I could find. Make sure you check the shipping some dealers are charging a bunch to ship the belly pan.

By the way when I purchased the splitter from new take off it came with the hardware that was removed with the splitter. The PP splitter has about twice the hardware as the base splitter.
